Elaine Sutton
Managing Director
Elaine is a skilled coach, leadership development consultant and facilitator with significant experience of working in complex, multi-professional organisations. She is a creative and nimble practitioner accustomed to working with groups of professionals and leaders in a variety of settings as well as working on a 1:1 basis as a leadership coach.
Elaine’s core strength is in helping individuals to make sense of, and navigate, the world in which they work, to develop their networks, relationships and influence so that they can refine their skill set and take up their leadership role with confidence.
She is an Ashridge accredited Executive Coach, a full member of the Association for Coaching and Senior Practitioner with EMCC. She has an MSc in Management Development and Social Responsibility and is licensed to use a range of psychometric tools including MBTI (steps 1 and 2) , ECR360 and Temple Index of Functional Fluency (TIFF).
Helen Corrigan
Principal consultant
Helen designs and delivers leadership and personal effectiveness programmes, facilitates action learning groups and works as a coach. Her career has included working in the NHS and voluntary organisations. For a four-year period Helen was a coach at a London teaching hospital working with leaders on people management and enabling change.
Helen’s aim is to leave her clients with greater calm, courage and commitment to deliver the performance improvements that they want to see. A member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and of the Association for coaching. Helen is a graduate of the Human Potential Research Group at the University of Surrey with an MSc in change agent skills and strategies.
Her further qualifications include psychometric tools including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, FIROB and the ECR 360. She is trained in systemic coaching constellations work and draws on this practice to help clients find insight and options.
Samantha Greenhouse
Principal consultant
Sam is an experienced Organisation Development (OD) facilitator, with a background in leading education and development in an NHS Trust. She works with individuals, teams and groups to help them to find more effective and enriching ways of working in complex environments. She achieves this through workshop design and facilitation, team development work and coaching.
Sam brings a friendly, appreciative approach working alongside people to help them make sense of the system in which they work and improve the range of ways in which they choose to respond to it. She works with leaders at all levels in organisations. With a Masters in Organisation Development, Sam is also a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, a trained coach and an accredited mediator. She’s an Associate Member of the Association of Coaching and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
Ros Brandon
Office Manager
I am the office manager here at Future Now Development. I work part-time but I feel like I'm always keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes! My role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including programme administration, course bookings, client and participant liaison. I like to keep organised and make sure our participants have the best experience possible.

In addition to our core team, we work with trusted associate colleagues. Our wider team offers you accredited coaches, facilitators and trainers; a rich experience of delivering positively evaluated programmes; and assurance of professional body memberships. All have at least 20 years of experience in complex organisations as leaders, learning professionals, or coaches.
