Navigating complex team working for newly created roles
A unique role in a busy team can be daunting as well as exciting. Advanced Care Practitioners (ACPs) are a relatively new role and while individuals are enthusiastic and ambitious they can also feel isolated. This pilot programme aimed to equip advanced care practitioners with a peer network and the leadership skills to bring about transformational change.
Our programme offered online self-directed learning and interactive workshops alongside space to bring real work issues to work through with the support and challenge of their peers.
