Future Now Development is led by 3 principal consultants. We are also lucky enough to have a longstanding, established group of senior associate colleagues who join us on specific projects. We hugely value the expertise and depth of experience our associates bring to the team.
We are all members of relevant professional bodies and operate to high standards of professional practice. However we do not have the overheads of big consultancies and therefore offer extremely cost effective services.
Elaine Sutton
Managing Director/Principal Consultant -Leadership and Coaching
My interest is in enabling people to understand the system in which they work and take up their leadership role effectively
I am a highly experienced facilitator, coach and trainer – and use these different skill sets nimbly and creatively to provide the best possible interventions. I work with leadership teams and individuals at all levels in organisations, enabling people to increase their insight into their style and strengths (and where they might over use them), expand their leadership repertoire and, most importantly, develop confidence in their leadership skills, to build trusting and productive relationships at work.
I am a full member of the Association for Coaching and accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools including Emotional Capital Reporting (ECR) and ECR 360, a tool designed to develop emotional intelligence in leaders, MBTI (step 1&2), Talent Q and DISC.
Helen Corrigan
Principal Consultant – Leadership and Teams
I have over twenty years of experience as a coach and learning and development specialist both within the NHS and as an independent consultant.
Previous roles include working as an internal coach at a major London teaching hospital, specialising in the skills of people management. I design and deliver a range of leadership and communication skills programmes and work with teams to improve performance. I regularly facilitate team development including working with multi-professional teams across health and social care to enable improved joint working.
I have an MSc in change agent skills and strategies, a level 7 postgraduate diploma in leadership mentoring and executive coaching (ILM) and am qualified to use psychometric tools including, Myers Briggs Type Indicator. I am a full member of the Association for Coaching and committed to regular supervision of my coaching practice.
Samantha Greenhouse
Principal Consultant – Organisation Development
An experienced organisation development (OD) specialist, I am committed to offering a helping relationship to organisations, teams and individuals to find m ore effective and enriching ways of working.
Now working independently, I have over 25 years experience in the NHS, the last 16 of which as Assistant Director – OD at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. Through this time, I gained expertise in learning and development, education, medical education and workforce issues and staff engagement. I was also the lead for workforce information and planning for a number of years.
I have a highly collaborative approach and enjoy working with individuals and groups to help them find better ways of working and achieving the outcomes they seek.
