Tricky conversations is one of our signature programmes ; this short course is for those who want to build their skills in managing sensitive or difficult conversations. This includes addressing performance concerns or problematic behaviours at work. Our approach enables participants to identify what they want to say, and the impact they want to have.

Coaching

Our 1:1 leadership coaching specialises in supporting leaders to bring about significant personal or organisation change. We guide them in navigating their work system, honing their relationship and influence skills and ultimately, leading with confidence.

Building teams

Heard. Supported. Empowered. We design specific interventions created for high performing teams or those who might need help to address current issues. We support the team leader to lead and sustain changes as well as designing programmes that bring the whole team together.

Educators as change agents

Crafted for your internal change agents to improve ability to enable development and change. The core learning includes group dynamics, learning design, facilitator practice and troubleshooting. Our practical programmes build in opportunities for feedback and support to develop your facilitator toolkit.
